We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of tasty foods. the hotel's proximity to the city center was a plus, as we were able to easily explore some of the key attractions.
We did have an issue with our room not being ready upon arrival. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and offered us a free upgrade to another room.
